Booking & Coat Care Policy
To ensure every pet receives individual attention, Pawlished Studio LLC operates on a strict schedule. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments missed without notice or canceled late prevent other pets from receiving care and will incur a fee. We understand life happens, but repeated absences will require a non-refundable deposit. Beyond scheduling, we prioritize your pet's well-being above all else. If a coat is severely matted, we will choose a safe shave-down over painful brushing to protect their skin and comfort. Because de-matting requires extra care and specialized time, it will incur an additional fee. The most effective way to keep your companion mat-free and happy is through consistent, regular grooming appointments.
Fees & Important Notes
A 50% service fee applies to late cancellations, while no-shows are billed at full price. Additional de-matting fees are assessed based on the extra time needed for your pet's safety.

What is the expected duration of the visit?
Typical visits range between 2 and 4 hours. We follow your pet's lead, allowing for a relaxed pace and a pleasant, free-roaming atmosphere throughout.
Are you able to help anxious or senior pets?
Of course. Our team is trained in gentle technique for aging or nervous animals, offering them necessary pauses to ensure they feel safe and cared for here.
What vaccinations are required for care?
For everyone's safety at Pawlished Studio LLC, dogs must have Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper records, while cats need Rabies proof before their appointment.
May I stay during my pet's grooming time?
We ask that you drop off your pet to help them stay calm and attentive during the process. We will notify you immediately once your friend is ready for pickup.
How is my pet's grooming rate decided?
Rates are based on pet size, coat health, chosen services, and handling needs. We will provide a clear estimate for you before we begin the grooming.
